Job Summary

To support project execution in the utility sector, the full-time remote Project Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform critical path analysis to optimize project timelines and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for transmission and substation projects using Primavera P6
• Collaborate across teams to validate schedule accuracy and align with strategic goals
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and lead recovery plan development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience scheduling complex projects in the utility industry or similar
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Unifier for managing schedules, budgets, and workflows
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining schedules for large-scale projects
