Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and maintenance of integrated project schedules, the full-time remote Scheduler will utilize Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) practices to ensure project timelines are achievable and aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed schedules across all project phases using Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6
• Update schedules based on weekly progress reports and prepare schedule reports for stakeholders
• Participate in schedule review meetings, capture action items, and maintain schedule documentation in accordance with team procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• 3+ years of project scheduling experience, preferably in EPC, construction, or mission-critical projects
• Working proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud
• Preferred certifications include PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE PSP (or progress toward certification)
• Strong analytical thinking and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
