Project Scheduler

Job Summary

To support project management efforts, the contract Project Scheduler will organize, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system for various projects while working virtually from Jackson, MI.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project contract requirements
• Log project timelines and maintain the P6 database, providing scheduled reports for contract coordination
• Evaluate project schedule progress, analyze critical paths, and recommend alternative work paths as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum High School Education; higher degrees will be considered
• Proficiency in P6 environment and Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills to interact with project team members and stakeholders
• Prior experience in Gas & Electric Distribution and Transmission projects is a plus
• PMP or other PMI certification is beneficial but not required
