Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the remote Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools to ensure timely project completion while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, defining milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate schedule updates and facilitate review meetings
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and identify potential risks related to schedule deviations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Several years of experience in project scheduling or project management
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
