Project Scheduler
Job Summary
To support the Electronic Health Modernization needs of a Federal client, the remote IMS Project Scheduler will manage complex schedule creation and maintenance for healthcare interface projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical schedules while ensuring compliance with DCMA and GAO standards
- Create client-facing schedule reports and regular updates for leadership, identifying and escalating schedule-related risks
- Collaborate with approximately 30-40 points of contact to maintain accurate schedule data and support integration team activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft Project and Jira
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience with EHR implementations, preferably Oracle Health or Epic
- Previous Federal contracting experience preferred; US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
