Project Scheduler - Electric Utilities

Job Summary

Experienced Project Schedulers - Electric Utilities will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for Transmission Capital, Maintenance, and Distribution projects in a full-time remote capacity, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for transmission and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with scope and regulatory constraints
• Perform routine project updates and analyses, including CPM calculations and milestone tracking, to monitor schedule performance
• Lead schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders, addressing conflicts and recommending actions promptly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis
• Experience with large-scale capital projects in utility, construction, or infrastructure is highly valued
