Project Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of complex network infrastructure programs, the full-time remote Project Senior Analyst will manage project tasks, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate communication between internal teams, carriers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects, tracking task progress and ensuring completion according to schedules
• Facilitate communication across internal teams and vendors, participating in project calls and relaying updates on timelines and risks
• Collect project-specific data to aid in planning and prepare information packages for design and implementation teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ordering or implementing services such as voice, data, or fiber
• Experience within a telecom provisioning, service delivery, or network operations environment
• Working knowledge of basic cabling and fiber infrastructure
• Familiarity with project tracking systems such as Salesforce, Pega, or Workfront
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under tight timelines
