Job Summary
Supporting operational projects, the part-time Project Service Coordinator will manage project coordination, subcontractor logistics, and resource planning, working in a hybrid capacity from the Lakewood, CO office or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers and Operations Leaders with project scope, schedule, and budget monitoring
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems and support contract management processes
- Coordinate customer billing, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate project closeout
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent; or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience
- Experience in project coordination, financial management, and operational report analysis
- Proficiency in project management applications and ERP software
- Knowledge of project management principles and subcontractor management
- Experience with conflict, risk, and change management
