Project Sourcing Leader

Job Summary

Project Sourcing Leader is a full-time role responsible for executing sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned projects, optimizing costs and delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary sourcing contact for assigned projects, coordinating with Global Commodity Managers and stakeholders
• Lead procurement activities, including RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems
• Experience with sourcing processes, supplier negotiations, and contracts
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Products and analytical skills
