Project Sourcing Leader

Job Summary

Project Sourcing Leader is a full-time position responsible for executing sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned projects, optimizing cost and delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary sourcing contact for assigned projects and lead all procurement activities
• Coordinate with Global Commodity Managers to align strategic sourcing with project goals
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems
• Experience with sourcing processes, supplier negotiations, and contracts
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Products, Adobe, and Power BI
