Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall success and efficiency of Annual Enrollment and ACA filing projects
• Provide training, system configuration, and project management support to customers and partners
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high levels of customer service and communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Technology
• 3-5 years of industry experience in Technology, Health Care, Human Resources, or Benefit Administration
• 3+ years in HCM and benefit management within a SaaS organization
• Strong project management or relationship management experience
• Proficient in Excel
