Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure programs across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead network infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation, testing, and customer acceptance
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle and manage vendor compliance with SLAs
• Own RAID management for the entire program and produce data-driven dashboards for internal leadership and clients

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing network or fiber infrastructure projects
• Experience managing technical or delivery teams within telecommunications provisioning or network deployment
• Familiarity with project management, RAID processes, and network testing workflows
• Hands-on exposure to global carrier environments across North America and/or LATAM
• Practical knowledge of IP Transit, Dark Fiber, and optical transport technologies
