Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to facilitate energy efficiency improvements for multifamily residential customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Champion contractor projects from submission through payment, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of rebate applications and maintain accurate electronic records for all projects
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and collaborate closely with account managers and team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 2+ years of experience in a remote or on-site office environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong interest in the energy efficiency industry with a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a structured, process-driven environment
• Experience in project management and record keeping
