Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to manage complex federal projects aimed at improving workforce opportunities and economic mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed workplans in collaboration with project leadership
• Manage project tasks, maintain workflows, and ensure timely completion of delegated work
• Track project benchmarks and provide administrative support, including reporting and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in relevant fields
• 4+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience with Registered Apprenticeship systems and large-scale program expansion
