Job Summary
Serving as the primary client-facing point of contact, the full-time Project Specialist will lead and coordinate the onboarding of new clients remotely, ensuring a smooth implementation of payroll and HR solutions while managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings and deliver onboarding presentations while guiding clients through implementation steps
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones
- Communicate status updates and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep implementations on track
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in a client-facing role supporting customers or external clients
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of implementation processes and client onboarding best practices
- Experience coordinating projects, onboarding workflows, or operational processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools preferred
