Job Summary

To support laboratory billing operations, the part-time Project Specialist will manage multiple billing Workqueues in Epic, review and update training materials, and monitor CMS billing guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain laboratory billing Workqueues to ensure timely claim resolution
• Review and update billing training materials and workflow documentation
• Collaborate with teams to identify workflow gaps and implement corrective actions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years or more of medical billing experience
• 2 years or more of experience in a clinical laboratory environment
