Project Specialist

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Project Specialist will coordinate project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to oversee project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Collect and document information related to departmental deliverables, milestones, and risks
• Facilitate team communications, maintain documentation, and manage project timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA guidance documents
• Working knowledge of drug/device development and clinical monitoring procedures
• Familiarity with project management terminology and guidelines
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
