Project Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with the Project Manager, the full-time remote Project Specialist will coordinate cross-functional project teams, facilitate communications, and manage project budgets to ensure successful project delivery in the biotech and medtech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the cross-functional project team to ensure overall project delivery
• Facilitate team communications, maintain documentation, and manage meeting agendas and minutes
• Track budgets, supplies, and invoices related to vendor projects, ensuring projects are audit-ready

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field with 2 years of clinical research experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA guidance documents
• Working knowledge of drug/device development and clinical monitoring procedures
• Familiarity with project management terminology and guidelines
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
