Project Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting project coordination and operational alignment, the hybrid Project Specialist in the OKC office will oversee project tasks, manage reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees project tasks, milestones, outputs, and dashboard queue ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Coordinates with different teams and departments to ensure goals are met and delivers project status updates to stakeholders
• Identifies potential blockers and challenges to company goals, developing solutions to overcome obstacles that arise

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Metabase, Skye navigation, PDF Exchange, Excel, and Word
• Experience with scheduling and calendaring tools
• Background in operations strongly preferred
