Project Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Strategic Programs team remotely, the full-time Project Specialist will manage project cost tracking, schedule development, and procurement processes for power systems and electrical infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project cost tracking, ongoing cost estimate validation, and schedule maintenance
• Interface with vendors for pricing and generate purchase requisitions and project submittals
• Develop and oversee Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Milestones for revenue recognition projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, project management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience
• Ability to work remotely within the United States, with no relocation offered
• Experience in electrical assemblies, electrical distribution, or power protection technology
• Proficiency in systems software such as Vista, Bid Manager, or Oracle is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
