Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for outreach and recruitment for focus groups and lived experience activities
• Collaborate with teams and partners to enhance communication and improve tools and systems
• Coordinate event logistics and prepare reports to present data findings and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, project management, or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of related high-level administrative experience
• Prior experience in non-profit, child welfare, or adoption-related settings preferred
• Familiarity with data management tools and software
• Commitment to providing quality customer service
