Project Specialist for Legal Services

Job Summary

To support a growing legal services practice, the part-time hourly Project Specialist for Legal Services will manage complex client inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with various business partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients, including claim form submissions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project protocols and provide feedback to the team
• Assist in resolving issues and monitor the overall health of cases by identifying errors

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Experience with document review and contract review
• Strong technical orientation with advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to handle changing priorities and support business needs
• Outstanding written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
