Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily workflow and administrative responsibilities supporting the IDR review process
• Facilitate review requests and track individual case progress to ensure timeliness
• Coordinate and document data to meet team informational and reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or five years of related experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of project support experience in a corporate or professional environment required
• Experience in IDR or claims, appeal, and denial processes preferred
• Project management skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based portals required
