Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist, IT PMO (Temp Only).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to develop project charters and plans
Document and maintain project information, ensuring timely updates within the project management platform
Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in coordinating IT projects
Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Visio, Teams, and familiarity with Atlassian's Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Prince, and/or Agile
