Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist (Juris Doctor) for a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through various communication methods
• Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
• Assist the supervisor or Project Manager in resolving issues and monitor the overall health of cases

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited school or a foreign degree
• Flexible and customer service-focused
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support business needs
• Strong technical orientation and exceptional planning and organizational skills
