Project Specialist, Orthopaedic Surgery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Departmental Project Specialist in the Orthopaedic Surgery department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Joint Replacement Program by collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee program development, data analysis, process improvement, and patient education
• Act as a liaison among providers, manage quality metrics, and support patient advocacy and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree may substitute for experience
• Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior internship experience in a healthcare setting is preferred for candidates with a Master's Degree
