Job Summary
Leading project management initiatives, the full-time Project Start Up Leader will ensure adherence to PMO standards, oversee project execution readiness, and drive compliance with critical deliverables while working both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define start-up schedules and resource plans in collaboration with project teams
- Lead the start-up team to ensure compliance with SP&S Project Start Up Standards and identify project risks
- Conduct independent interventions based on Project Governance Reviews to establish corrective actions and create a Corrective Plan
Required qualifications
- Project management and control experience within the oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with project execution tools, processes, and procedures
- Experience managing suppliers and understanding project supply chain dynamics
- Knowledge of contract and project start-up requirements
- Permanent work permit in the UK
