Project Superintendent

Job Summary

Leading field operations for multimillion-dollar energy savings projects, the full-time Project Superintendent will manage subcontractor teams, coordinate with project management and engineering, and ensure successful project execution in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for subcontractor workforce and oversee all field operations and construction management activities
• Coordinate project planning efforts with the Project Manager, ensuring alignment of schedules and quality expectations
• Deliver proactive project updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and recommending solutions for successful project outcomes

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction in complex commercial or government environments
• OSHA 30-hour Certification
• Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, including scheduling and contract administration
• Proven ability to lead large-scale field operations and manage multiple concurrent scopes
