Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee production personnel and ensure project quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage time sheets and resource allocation to meet project timelines and profitability goals
• Provide mentoring, training, and support to production team members while monitoring productivity targets

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of production design and/or supervisory experience in engineering or a related field
• Ability to handle sudden priority shifts and adapt to changing tasks
• Proven leadership skills to positively influence and collaborate with team members
• Highly responsible, resourceful, and self-motivated
