A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency within Project MIE
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives
• Strategically lead change management efforts and design effective communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in process optimization and change management
• Ability to develop training programs and materials
• Familiarity with tools such as Workfront and SharePoint
• Experience in managing pilot programs and gathering user feedback
