Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Support Professional for remote positions in the MST and PST time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide installation project support
Coordinate project schedules, product delivery, and compliance documentation
Resolve post-project issues and document all interactions related to the project

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
1 year of experience in project coordination or remodeling/construction industry
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (preferred)
Experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
