Job Summary
Project Support Specialist, a full-time hourly position, is responsible for front desk duties, managing warranty claims, auditing job data, assisting project managers with documentation, and maintaining client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet clients
- Assist project managers with document management and job audits
- Follow up on client invoices and maintain consistent communication with the General Manager
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Six months to one year of related customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in database, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
