Job Summary

Project Support Specialist, a full-time hourly position, is responsible for front desk duties, managing warranty claims, auditing job data, assisting project managers with documentation, and maintaining client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and greet clients
  • Assist project managers with document management and job audits
  • Follow up on client invoices and maintain consistent communication with the General Manager
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Six months to one year of related customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in database, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
