Project Team Lead

Job Summary

To support critical project management functions for clients, the part-time Team Lead will create and implement project plans, delegate tasks, and lead client meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Creating long- and short-term project plans, setting targets, and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks to team members and supporting them with best practices for client engagement
• Leading weekly client meetings and ensuring project alignment with client goals

Required qualifications

• Day-time availability to lead client meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable using and learning new programs (e.g., Zoom, MailChimp, Google Docs)
• Experience working with faith-based non-profits
• Strong time management skills and ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans
