Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Team Leader to lead a team of Project Managers in delivering complex ERP implementations for construction customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance delivery culture
• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and ensure adherence to project delivery standards and governance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in leading project delivery teams in a customer-facing environment
• Demonstrated success in delivering ERP or enterprise software implementations
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and revenue accountability
• Experience working across geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of U.S. construction industry practices is desirable
