Job Summary
To support marketing initiatives in the pharma industry, the temporary remote Promotion Quality Coordinator will manage the execution and documentation of processes for Promotion Quality Investigations and Translation processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing monthly audits and logging data into Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Managing the Promotion Quality Inbox and supporting the Deviation Classification & Investigation Process
- Updating and maintaining process documentation and training materials for broader communication
Required qualifications:
- Proficient in Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Knowledge of Promotional Standards
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Excellent project management skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
