Promotional Review Coordinator
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Promotional Review Coordinator will manage the operational execution of the promotional review process remotely, ensuring accurate routing, review, and lifecycle management of promotional materials within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end workflow for promotional and medical communications materials through the PRC/MRC review process
- Review incoming submissions for completeness and quality, ensuring all required documentation is included prior to review initiation
- Track approvals, revisions, and lifecycle milestones for promotional materials while managing review timelines and workflow progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotional review, MLR/PRC operations, or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, including workflow management and lifecycle tracking
- Familiarity with FDA advertising and promotion regulations and promotional material lifecycle management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
