Job Summary

A company is looking for a Promotions Director to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer-facing promotional offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end promotions strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs
• Partner with Analytics and CRM teams to deliver personalized offers and refine targeting logic

Required Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of experience in promotions, CRM, or growth roles
• Direct experience running promotions at social or mobile gaming platforms
• Deep understanding of promotional mechanics and customer segmentation
• Strong analytical background, with experience in dashboards or analytics tools
• Ability to balance growth and profitability in a regulated environment
