Job Summary

Managing healthcare professional promotional programs, the full-time remote Promotions Manager will oversee program implementation, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure compliance while driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of HCP promotional initiatives, developing project plans and monitoring program milestones
• Serve as the primary operational contact for promotional activities, managing workflows and communication with stakeholders and vendors
• Track program performance metrics and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience
• Experience in program management, marketing operations, or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with compliance considerations related to healthcare professional engagement programs
