Prompt and Context Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of autonomous customer experiences, the full-time remote Prompt and Context Engineer will design prompt architectures for large language models, manage subagent workflows, and train team members on effective prompting strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design architectures for specialized subagents in live customer conversations, including technical Q&A and objection handling
• Build routing and delegation systems to determine appropriate responses and actions during customer interactions
• Train Superhumans on prompting and enhance AI capabilities through knowledge-base creation and fine-tuning

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, or conversation design
• Strong expertise in LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models
• Basic coding skills for quick prototyping and API interaction
• Exceptional communication skills for documenting work and educating others
• Additional skills in copywriting, data science, or software engineering are a plus
