Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer to optimize production-grade LLM solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and maintain prompts for classification models to achieve target accuracy metrics
• Develop prompts for generative applications and perform systematic analysis of model outputs
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to align prompts with model capabilities and define acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA, data analysis, technical writing, or a related role
• Proven hands-on experience in prompt engineering with measurable results
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to design tests based on model outputs
• Basic understanding of how LLMs work and familiarity with classification tasks
• Experience working with JSON and basic knowledge of regular expressions (regex)
