Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer to manage the technical migration workflow for transitioning templates to LLM autoraters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Automatic Prompt Generation (APG) tools to create baseline prompts for complex template clusters
• Run and supervise Automated Prompt Optimization (APO) tools, reviewing outputs and addressing deadlocks or plateaus
• Manually draft, test, and refine prompts to navigate complex template architectures and solve edge-case scenarios

Required Qualifications:

• Native fluency in English
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related analytical field
• At least 2 years' experience as a Prompt Engineer with expertise in tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with SQL or other data analytics tools
• Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary tools with minimal supervision
