Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer to develop and execute AI-driven solutions within the commercial real estate division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing internal and third-party systems
• Participate in quality assurance, volume testing, and bias testing of AI models, creating test plans as needed
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance product offerings and improve decision-making through AI insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or equivalent
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and their application in product or service development
• Real estate experience preferred, but not required
