Prompt Engineering Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Prompt Engineering Architect will define and lead strategies for designing prompts and LLM-based application architectures, working remotely while collaborating with various teams to enhance business processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards and reference architectures for LLM-based applications
• Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies for diverse production use cases
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt quality and task success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Six or more years of software engineering experience, particularly with LLM-based applications
• Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-powered products to production
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills and comfort with modern application frameworks
