Prompt Engineering Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Prompt Engineering Architect, the full-time remote position will define and lead the strategy for designing prompts, workflows, and LLM-based application architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards and reference architectures for LLM-based applications
• Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies for diverse production use cases
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt quality and agent reliability while mentoring engineers on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Six or more years of software engineering experience, particularly with LLM-based applications
• Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-powered products to production
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills and understanding of responsible AI principles
