Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for multiple clients with varying reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payments, and prepare funding reports as needed
• Mentor and train new or less experienced accounting staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of property management experience required
• GAAP experience required
• Experience with AppFolio and Entrata preferred
• MBA degree or CPA certification preferred
