A company is looking for a Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements and accounting reports
• Review budgets, invoices, and accounting documents, resolving discrepancies as necessary
• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate accounting control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in property accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
