Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant (Temporary to Hire).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist with the review of monthly financial statements for various properties
Conduct monthly general ledger close, bank reconciliation review, and assist with external audits
Train community team members in accounting and financial systems and processes

Required Qualifications

Accounting or finance degree, or relevant experience
3+ years of experience in a real estate accounting team
Yardi experience is essential
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software
Experience in implementing and optimizing accounting processes
