Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant - Owned Assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements and accounting reports, making appropriate journal entries
• Review budgets, invoices, and other accounting documents, resolving discrepancies as necessary
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage mortgage payments, and coordinate accounting control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial settings, with knowledge of GAAP
• Employment history demonstrating the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with strong time management skills
