Property Accountant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and meticulous, the full-time remote Property Accountant will manage financial reporting for data center projects, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and process accounts payable and receivable across multiple developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, construction teams, and external stakeholders to meet financial objectives and reporting
• Produce financial reports for external parties, including lenders and building owners
• Review monthly draw packages and ensure accuracy in lender certificates and draw documents

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in property accounting or finance, particularly in real estate development or construction
• Experience with project accounting, capital expenditure management, and lender draw processes
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
