Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accounting Manager responsible for managing a team of accountants and ensuring accurate financial reporting for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a Property Accounting team and oversee the preparation of financials for various projects
• Act as a liaison between clients, property management, and the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of client requests
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance, and provide training and support to team members

Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading a team of degreed accountants in financial statement preparation
• In-depth understanding of accounting methods and financial principles
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of customer service
